Oat warmer 028s wood frame

Oat warmer is a natural help for sore and stiff muscles, neck or sholders, that could be used warm or cold as well.

How to use:

- heat up the oat warmer in a microwave oven for 1-3 min. on the full power (800-1000W) and place it onto sore area (use towel if needed) for 10-15 mins.

- cool the cushion in the freezer for an hour and place it onto sore arear for 10-15 mins (use towel if needed).

Care: remove stains with damp cloth. Do not wash.
